Frequently asked questions
- What hardware do I need?
- For browser time tracking a PC or smartphone is enough. A terminal only needs a tablet or PC with an up-to-date browser, optionally with a USB RFID reader or 2D scanner.
- Can I set up terminals myself?
- Yes. You create the terminal in the app and pair the device with a code. Alternatively, Leftclick ships pre-configured devices.
- How does the trial work?
- You test for free and without a credit card. Afterwards you choose a plan or the account is restricted – your data is kept.
- How long is time data kept?
- weetime supports record retention under Swiss labour law (Art. 46 ArG): records stay available for at least five years.
