Terms and conditions

Scope

These terms apply to the use of weetime, a software-as-a-service time-recording solution by Leftclick AG, and to the purchase of hardware through weetime.

Subscription

The contract is concluded on registration. Scope, limits and prices follow the chosen plan. The subscription renews for the chosen term unless it is cancelled before the term ends.

Trial

New customers can use weetime free of charge during the trial period stated in the plan. Without a paid plan the account becomes read-only when the trial ends.

Payment

Billing is in advance through Stripe. If payment is late, access may be restricted after a grace period. Customers managed by Leftclick AG are billed according to their individual agreement.

Customer duties

The customer is responsible for the lawfulness of the recorded data, for informing its employees and for keeping access credentials secret.

Liability

Leftclick AG is liable for damage only in case of intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence, indirect damage and lost profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Hardware

These provisions apply to the purchase of terminals, readers, badges and accessories through weetime.

• Contract and prices: The order is a binding offer; the contract is concluded with the order confirmation. The prices shown when ordering apply.
• Delivery: We deliver to the given address in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Delivery times are estimates.
• Transfer of risk: Benefit and risk pass to the customer when the goods are handed to the carrier.
• Warranty: The warranty period is twelve months from delivery. Defects must be reported in writing within ten days of discovery. We repair or replace defective goods.
• Returns: Unused goods in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery by arrangement; the customer bears the cost of return shipping.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, excluding the Vienna Sales Convention. Place of jurisdiction is {{TODO-LEGAL: registered office of Leftclick AG}}.
